Q: DoI need approval before painting the exterior of my home, replacing or installing a fence, or doing any significant landscaping changes to my home? A: Yes. In accordance with the Wedgewood Groves Convenants, most outside changes to your home require approval before any any work is undertaken. Q. Architectural Committee Information All modifications to the exterior of your property, including but not limited to painting, landscaping, roof, trees, and fences, must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval prior to beginning the project. Forms for submitting requests for approval can be found in the document area on the community website. ARC has 30 days to review all requests. Projects should be planned to allow for this ARC review timeframe.
Q. Property Inspection Neighborhood inspections occur monthly to identify infractions against the covenants. If any infractions are discovered, homeowners will be notified by mail.
Q. Trash Collection and Containers Trash Collection is on Tuesday each week Recycling collection is on Friday each week. You may place your cans out the night before collection day; however, only after 4pm. Tuesday is when lawn, tree & shrubbery clippings are collected. All tree limbs and shrubbery must be no more than 4 feet in length and placed together in a pile at the curb. Grass clippings are to be in black bags and placed at curb. DO NOT PLACE LAWN DEBRIS IN THE CITY TRASH CARTS AS THEY WILL NOT PICK IT UP. Both receptacles must be stored in an area where they are not visible from the street; this may be in the garage or behind a fence. Please remember to bring your carts in before nightfall if at all possible to continue to maintain the beauty of the neighborhood. Q. Pool Information and Tennis Courts The pool is an amenity offered only to Wedgewood Groves residents and their guests. Hours are dawn to dusk. Entry to the pool requires a key fob provided to each homeowner. Access to pool area is limited to homeowners in good standing (no balance owed on assessments or fees) Pool rules are posted at the pool and on our web site.

Q. Board Meetings Board meetings are typically held every third Tuesday of the month at the club house. Meetings start at 7 pm. All homeowners are encouraged to attend and have the opportunity to address the board. Homeowners are granted 2 minutes each. Meeting minutes are posted to www.wedgewoodgroves.org.
