Wedgewood Groves Community
Established in 1987, the community of Wedgewood Groves is a neighborhood of 242 well maintained homes on quiet streets, nestled under a canopy of trees. Just ten minutes from Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport and within the city limits of Orlando, Wedgewood Groves is close to every convenience. Our community is truly made up of neighbors and friends; parents and children alike have close relationships, which in turn has created a social and friendly atmosphere. Plush green lawns are common venues for Bar-B-Q's and block parties held on long weekends or holidays.
Amenities offered at Wedgewood Groves are a pool/cabana area, as well as a lighted tennis court. Both of these facilities have electronic key fob access for residents and their guests.
The Wedgewood Groves Homeowners Association Board of Directors has a continuing goal of promoting and encouraging safety, improvement and beautification of the Wedgewood Groves neighborhood, as well as preserving the identity and integrity of its residents.

COVID-19 WARNING
The danger of exposure to the coronavirus that causes COVID 19 exists.
By entering the pool, you take responsibility for your own protection and for disinfecting your hands and anything you touch in the pool area.
• Do NOT use pool if you have a cough, fever, or other symptoms of illness.
• Maintain at least a 6 foot distance between you and other people who are not a part of your house hold.
• Wear a face covering when you are not in the swimming pool.
Pool Rules during COVID-19
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 30
1. Pool hours are Dawn to Dusk.
2. There will be a maximum time allowance of 2 hours per household, per day. (This will allow a chance for everyone to be able to enjoy the pool).
3. Children under the age of 15 must have an adult 18 or older present.
4. People choosing to sunbathe must bring their own chair or lounger.
5. Non-residents are currently not allowed into the pool area.
6. Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes will not be provided. Please bring your own.
Note: The restrooms will be open. Sanitizing spray will be provided in the restrooms. Cleaning will be completed twice weekly.
Failure to comply with the above could result in substantial monetary fines to the community and/or pool closure until the COVID-19 threat is reduced.
The health and safety of homeowners, residents and the community continues to be our upmost concern.
In addition, we are working to limit any liability to the Association which all homeowners are members.
We will continue to monitor and review this ever changing situation.
