ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW INFORMATION
In accordance with the Wedgewood Groves Covenants most outside updates or changes to your home require approval before any any work is undertaken.
The entire approval procedure may take up to 30 days to complete, therefore please plan accordingly.
To expedite processing please use the online form below , being sure to attach all pertinent documentation including a current picture of your home, a picture of the area to be changed and visual samples of materials to be used. The request form must be completed in its entirety by the owner of the property, and failure to include all applicable information will cause delays. If you prefer the paper form may be completed and submitted via mail or fax to our Property Manager.
