Assessment dues are a necessary part of sustaining our beautiful neighborhood. This money allows the Board to maintain our various amenities including our pool, tennis courts, entrances and landscaping of our common areas. Dues are also invested to prepare for capital expenditures as well as long term planning for repair, improvement or replacement of community amenities throughout the neighborhood.
Dues are a total of $550 annually, collected in two equal payments of $275 in February and August. Payments can be made online, via auto-pay, by phone, mail or in person. See the informational flyer included with your coupon for more details. Please make sure to pay your dues on time to avoid any late charges or legal action.

Every association member has a secure online account through a PORTAL provided by Sentry Management. In your account(s) on the PORTAL, you can:
Make online payments
View your personal account and payment history
Find Community Manager name, phone number and email address
Access association documents like By-Laws, Rules and Regulations, Reports and Forms
Sign up for email from your association
Request a mailing address change
Request replacement coupons
Go to My Account on Sentry's website www.sentrymgt.com. Then select New User Registration Once your account is registered you can set up autopay or one time payment options.
