Wedgewood Groves Community
Established in 1987, the community of Wedgewood Groves is a neighborhood of 242 well maintained homes on quiet streets, nestled under a canopy of trees. Just ten minutes from Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport and within the city limits of Orlando, Wedgewood Groves is close to every convenience. Our community is truly made up of neighbors and friends; parents and children alike have close relationships, which in turn has created a social and friendly atmosphere. Plush green lawns are common venues for Bar-B-Q's and block parties held on long weekends or holidays.
Amenities offered at Wedgewood Groves are a pool/cabana area, as well as a lighted tennis court. Both of these facilities have electronic key fob access for residents and their guests.
The Wedgewood Groves Homeowners Association Board of Directors has a continuing goal of promoting and encouraging safety, improvement and beautification of the Wedgewood Groves neighborhood, as well as preserving the identity and integrity of its residents.
Wedgewood Groves HOA is managed by Sentry Management.

Congratulations to our holiday decor winners! You’ll find two of these houses on Donaldson, one on Brandy, and one on Doulton.
Thank you to Beverly Dodds for sponsoring this year’s children’s holiday party at the pool cabana complete with Santa, an elf, a reindeer, and a giant gingerbread man. The children enjoyed a cookie decorating station, a hot chocolate bar, and stocking decorating along with pizza, grinch juice, and many other sweet treats. Every child received a gift from Santa. A lot of fun was had by all!
Hello Neighbors,
Wedgewood Groves has two neighbor-sponsored events this holiday season! The first is a toy drive for Toys for Tots of Central Florida who provides toys for kids in need. Our neighbors at 2210 Doulton are part of the Marine family and in charge of a local collection drive. They will have a box outside of their house until December 13. If you are led to donate, please leave a new, unwrapped toy for either a boy or girl ages 1-13. If the box is put away for the night, you may leave the gift at the door.
Our second neighbor-sponsored event takes place at our pool area on December 17 from 3-5:30pm. Come mingle and jingle with Santa! There will be a Whoville hot chocolate station, a cookie decorating station, and a holiday stocking making station. If you are interested in a gift exchange, contact Beverly Dodds at [email protected]

Congratulations to the Lavallees on Maryday for being nominated by a neighbor for the Neighborly Neighbor Award. Their motto is, “Good people doing good things for others.” They are well known for their kindness and goodwill towards others and they model this for their children and the children and people on Maryday. A neighbor shared that on any occasion one of them does something to make the day better…not big or showy things…just in small everyday gifts and kindnesses.

The intersection of Conway Gardens and Grant Street has become a 4-way stop as of May 25. It may take drivers some extra time to make stopping there part of their driving routine. Please be vigilant when entering or exiting the neighborhood and don’t assume that cars on Conway Gardens will stop for the signs. We want all of our neighbors to be safe on the roadways.,
Congratulations to our Holiday Decorating Contest winners!
