Wedgewood Groves Community
Established in 1987, the community of Wedgewood Groves is a neighborhood of 242 well maintained homes on quiet streets, nestled under a canopy of trees. Just ten minutes from Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport and within the city limits of Orlando, Wedgewood Groves is close to every convenience. Our community is truly made up of neighbors and friends; parents and children alike have close relationships, which in turn has created a social and friendly atmosphere. Plush green lawns are common venues for Bar-B-Q's and block parties held on long weekends or holidays.
Amenities offered at Wedgewood Groves are a pool/cabana area, as well as a lighted tennis court. Both of these facilities have electronic key fob access for residents and their guests.
The Wedgewood Groves Homeowners Association Board of Directors has a continuing goal of promoting and encouraging safety, improvement and beautification of the Wedgewood Groves neighborhood, as well as preserving the identity and integrity of its residents.
Wedgewood Groves HOA is managed by Sentry Management.

We hope everyone made it through last night’s storm with no damage. If you live on Brandy and happen to find an extra trash can in your yard, please return it to 3758 Brandy. Thank you!
Congratulations to our August Neighborly Neighbors!
We’re excited to honor two special neighbors this month: Mr. Don on Grant Street and Neia on Doulton Drive. Here’s what their neighbors shared about them:
Mr. Don, as his neighbors call him, has a real sparkle in his eyes when he talks about the city of Orlando. He was the first city surveyor and can tell you everything about the city and the history behind it. You’ll find him in his garage reading his paper and ready with a hello wave and a hearty “good morning.” If you happen to walk by on Labor Day, be sure to wish him a happy 100th birthday!
It’s wonderful to have a caring neighbor like Neia. When my husband had a medical emergency, she came right over to offer moral support. She was so kind to take the time to check on us and to see if we needed anything. All turned out well and we’re so thankful for Neia’s kindness.

The intersection of Conway Gardens and Grant Street has become a 4-way stop as of May 25. It may take drivers some extra time to make stopping there part of their driving routine. Please be vigilant when entering or exiting the neighborhood and don’t assume that cars on Conway Gardens will stop for the signs. We want all of our neighbors to be safe on the roadways.,
Congratulations to our Holiday Decorating Contest winners!
