Wedgewood Groves Community

Bi-Annual Assessment Due February 1

All residents received their dues coupon book in October for the 2026 dues. This year, the HOA successfully maintained the annual dues at the same rate as last year. By carefully managing expenses, prioritizing essential services, and finding cost‑effective solutions for ongoing maintenance, the board was able to avoid any increases. This decision reflects the HOA’s commitment to responsible budgeting and ensuring that homeowners receive quality community services without added financial burden.


Established in 1987, the community of Wedgewood Groves is a neighborhood of 242 well maintained homes on quiet streets, nestled under a canopy of trees. Just ten minutes from Downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport and within the city limits of Orlando, Wedgewood Groves is close to every convenience.  Our community is truly made up of neighbors and friends; parents and children alike have close relationships, which in turn has created a social and friendly atmosphere.  Plush green lawns are common venues for Bar-B-Q's and block parties held on long weekends or holidays.

Amenities offered at Wedgewood Groves are a pool/cabana area, as well as a lighted tennis court. Both of these facilities have electronic key fob access for residents and their guests. 

​The Wedgewood Groves Homeowners Association Board of Directors has a continuing goal of promoting and encouraging safety, improvement and beautification of the Wedgewood Groves neighborhood, as well as preserving the identity and integrity of its residents.

Board Meetings


All homeowners are invited to attend the Bi-Monthly Board Meetings to address concerns and keep up on what is happening in your community. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every other month at 6:00 at the Po0l Cabana.
