Pursuant to the Bylaws of Wedgewood Groves Homeowners Association, Inc. dated June 25, 1986, the affairs of this Association shall be governed by a Board of Directors.  Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held are open to all members of the community.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every other month at 6:00 PM at the Pool Cabana.
