All modifications to the exterior of your property, including but not limited to painting, landscaping, roof, trees, and fences, must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval prior to beginning the project. Q. How are properties inspected? Neighborhood inspections are conducted monthly by Sentry Management to identify violations of the covenants. If any infractions are discovered, homeowners will be notified by mail.
Q. What do I do if I receive a violation? Once a violation is received the homeowner is responsible to correcting the violation to return to compliance with community standards. Some corrections may take time. The Board asks homeowners to please communicate to Sentry Management via email or phone the plans and time frame necessary to correct the violation.

Q. Can I come to a Board Meeting? When are they held? Board meetings open to all homeowners who are encouraged to attend. Meetings are typically held every third Tuesday of every other month at the pool cabana, starting at 6 pm. All homeowners have the opportunity to address the board during the meeting and are allotted 3 minutes each. Meeting agendas are posted at the Pool Cabana in advance of each meeting, and meeting and approved minutes are posted to www.wedgewoodgroves.org.
Q. When is trash day? Weekly Trash Collection occurs as follows: Trash -- Tuesday (Black Bin) Recycling -- Friday (Red Bin) Yard Waste -- Tuesday (Lawn Debris cannot be placed in trash bins as it will not be picked up). Both waste receptacles must be stored in an area where they are not visible from the street; this may be in the garage or behind a fence when no awaiting pickup. Q. Who can use the Pool and Tennis Courts? The pool is an amenity offered only to Wedgewood Groves residents and their guests. Hours are dawn to dusk. Entry to the pool requires an electronic key fob provided to each homeowner. Access to pool area is limited to homeowners in good standing (no balance owed on assessments or fees) Pool rules are posted at the pool and on our web site.

Q. When are Annual Assessments Due? Annual Assessments are paid twice each calendar year in February and August. Assessment statements are mailed to homeowners in January and in July. Payments may be made through the www.sentrymgt.com homeowner website or mailed to the sentry address noted on the payment coupon. If you are a homeowner and have not received your coupons please contact Sentry Management to confirm your contact information is correct.
