2023 Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting materials have been mailed out to Residents, including copies of the following materials.  Copies can also be downloaded from this page.  Completed forms must be signed and then mailed or faxed [to the address/number provided], or scanned and emailed to the Property Manager.

                Please complete and return if you would like your name on the ballot

                Please complete and return to our Property Manager no later than August 2023  if you intend to run

                Please complete and return to the Property Manager in the event you are unable to attend the meeting
  

Five (3) Board positions are up for election this year.   It is very important that all Board positions be filled, pursuant to our Bylaws, which set forth a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of nine (9)members.  Without a fully functioning Board, the Association would go into receivership and the State of Florida takes over control, to the detriment of all residents.  In the event you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete and return the proxy form to ensure we have a quorum to transact business.  We have not had a quorum for the past few years, so your proxy or attendance is very important to the future of our Community.
