Annual Meeting materials have been mailed out to Residents, including copies of the following materials. Copies can also be downloaded from this page. Completed forms must be signed and then mailed or faxed [to the address/number provided], or scanned and emailed to the Property Manager.

Location: Pool Cabana, 3750 Holston Way
It is very important that all Board positions be filled, pursuant to our Bylaws, which set forth a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of nine (9)members. Without a fully functioning Board, the Association would go into receivership and the State of Florida takes over control, to the detriment of all residents. In the event you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please complete and return the proxy form to ensure we have a quorum to transact business.
